The latest Full-Text RSS version adds footnotes to link texts and removes the link in the heise.de feed:

This worked fine in version 2.9.
Hi Felix, those appear because that’s how they appear on the print page. And the site config file for the site makes Full-Text RSS grab the print page. See http://ftr.fivefilters.org/site_config/standard/heise.de.txt
You could remove or comment out the single_page_link: … line to see how the results look.

Replacing the single_page_link option with
next_page_link: //a[@title=‘vor’]
seems to work fine.
