Is it possible to retain the underlines when converting a Wikipedia article? It would make it so much easier to see where one top-level table of content entry ends and another one begins.
See this page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dual_process_theory) for an example. The underlines get stripped out, making it hard to tell where I am in the article.
