Filter-out special characters from feed (Created rss feed is invalid)

Hi,
I use the Feed Creator (self hosting) to create feeds for all my SoundCloud subscriptions (~1800). Unfortunately some artists use "special" characters in their track titles. If they do that the feed is no longer readable for my rss reader (inoreader) and marked as invalid feed by W3C.

For example:
http://createfeed.fivefilters.org/extract.php?url=soundcloud.com%2Fnaota71%2Ftracks&in_id_or_class=audible&url_contains=naota71%2F

the third item contains an invalid character which produces a non-readable feed:

http://www.feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcreatefeed.fivefilters.org%2Fextract.php%3Furl%3Dsoundcloud.com%252Fnaota71%252Ftracks%26in_id_or_class%3Daudible%26url_contains%3Dnaota71%252F

Could you implement a new parameter to filter-out or convert such evil characters? :)

Best regards,
Robért
